In the session we access your unconscious mind by guiding you into a state of deep relaxation using breathing exercises and visualisation. structure of a session

PRE-SESSION DISCUSSION & INTENTION SETTING

We will discuss your goals, your emotional state, and specific challenges.
I will explain the process and address any concerns. We will set a positive intention for the session.

MINDFULNESS & RELAXATION INDUCTION

I will guide you into the present moment through breath-work and body awareness.
I then use a progressive relaxation technique to ease you into a receptive state.
This meditation will help you to let go of external thoughts, bringing focus inward.

EFT TAPPING FOR EMOTIONAL CLEARING

We will explore and identify key emotional blockages or limiting beliefs.
I will then lead you through EFT tapping on certain meridian points while repeating affirmations related to these personal beliefs.
This release will reduce emotional intensity before we enter into deeper subconscious work.

HYPNOTIC DEEPENING & SUBCONSCIOUS WORK

I will then guide you into a deeper hypnotic state using visualisation and deepening techniques.
In this state is where we will introduce positive suggestions and subconscious reprogramming aligned with your healing goals. If it is needed, we can use regression to safely revisit and reframe past experiences.
We will finally integrate new empowering beliefs and emotional resilience.

INTEGRATION & AWAKENING

I will gradually bring you back to a fully awake and present state.
We can then use some calming and grounding techniques like deep breathing and gentle movement to bring you fully back to the now.

REFLECTION & POST-SESSION GUIDANCE

To finish the session we can discuss insights and experiences that you felt during the session.
We can plan some actionable steps (e.g., affirmations, self-care techniques, journaling, meditation practices) for you to carry on your journey at home.
I will provide you with my own recordings of meditation practices, EFT Tapping to follow along with and more so that you can really commit to your healing journey.
